Banksia Audax 180mm

Banksia audax is a distinctive Western Australian native shrub with narrow, toothed green leaves and golden-orange flower spikes. Its upright, bushy habit and striking blooms make it an attractive feature in native and waterwise gardens, with flowers that provide nectar for visiting wildlife.

Plant in full sun in sandy, well-drained soil, avoiding waterlogged conditions. Water regularly while establishing, then during prolonged dry periods as needed. Apply a low-phosphorus fertiliser suitable for native plants, and lightly prune after flowering if required to maintain shape.
