UPDATED REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY - BIGGA TREES NURSERY TAKES THE THREAT OF POLYPHAGOUS SHOT HOLE BORER SERIOUSLY AND IN LINE WITH OUR STRICT BIOSECURITY POLICY WE NO LONGER WILL BE ACCEPTING ANY PLANTS BACK INTO THE NURSERY. OUR PLANTS ARE INSPECTED BY OUR CERTIFIED PERSONNEL TO ENSURE THEY ARE PSHB FREE. ONCE THESE SHRUBS/TREES LEAVE THE NURSERY BIGGA TREES WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PLANTS RETURNED FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR EXCESS QUANTITIES.
